DISPLAYED 'ESTIMATED ARRIVAL' TIMES

As a small business moving to an online-only platform, we are working towards a largely pre-order model to ensure our footprint is as light as possible when it comes to our manufacturing, warehousing and shipping.

Estimated delivery lead times are communicated on each individual product page that is labelled 'PRE-ORDER'.

The estimated arrival times displayed online are are updated frequently to ensure they are as accurate as possible, however they can be subject to change.

Any delivery date or date range provided to you is an estimate only. We will use reasonable endeavours to meet the estimated delivery date, however timelines may be subject to change and delivered outside of the provided timeframe. In these circumstances, and subject to our obligations under the law, we will not be liable for any loss or damage, however it arises, if the products are delivered within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery date.

As designs can sell out prior to arriving to our warehouse, so please do consider making your purchase as soon as possible to avoid delays.

DELIVERIES

Once your order is in stock in full at our warehouse, it will be dispatched to our delivery partners within 3-7 business days. For insurance reasons, we do not allow for warehouse collections. 

We use third party delivery partners who will contact you directly once your order arrives at their depot. Delivery times are dependent on each delivery partner.
